Thirty days. Email [hello@noahdarija.com] and you get your money back. You do not have to explain yourself, fill anything in, or return the files — keep them.
Why it works this way
If the book has not moved you forward, it has not done its job, and taking your money for it would be wrong. It is also more useful to hear what did not work than to keep twelve euros.
How long it takes
Refunds are issued through Stripe within [2 working days] of your email and normally reach your account within five to ten working days after that, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
This policy is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the law requires. It sits on top of, and does not replace, your legal rights as a consumer — including your rights if the product is faulty or is not as described.
