1. Who you are buying from
The product is created and published by [YOUR TRADING NAME], [ADDRESS], contact [hello@noahdarija.com].
Payment is processed by Stripe acting as merchant of record. Stripe is the seller for tax purposes, calculates and charges the VAT applicable in your country, and appears on your card statement and receipt.
2. What you are buying
A digital product: a PDF guide and access to an accompanying audio page. There is no physical item and nothing will be posted to you. Access is delivered immediately after payment, on screen and by email.
Your access is for you personally. You may keep the files, print them and use them for as long as you like. You may not resell, republish or distribute them.
3. Immediate delivery and your right to cancel
Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins — but only if you have agreed to it.
By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right to cancel. You confirm this by ticking the box at checkout.
This does not affect the voluntary refund policy below, which is more generous than the law requires.
4. Refunds
Within 30 days of purchase, email [hello@noahdarija.com] and you will be refunded in full. No form and no explanation needed, and you may keep the files. See the refund policy.
5. What is and is not promised
This is a learning resource. It teaches the urban Casablanca–Rabat register of Moroccan Darija. No particular level of fluency is guaranteed — results depend on the work you put in.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise liability is limited to the amount you paid.
6. Changes and updates
The product is updated from time to time. Updates are free to everyone who has bought it, at the access link you already have.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the law of [England and Wales]. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
